OK, the old one was identical, I installed it 20 years ago. It still works, just a bit noisy, but I found I could replace it entirely for less than a new motor/fan. I think I have replaced bulbs once during the time. Same timer switch, too. There aren’t many products out there that work 20+ years with only minor cleaning/oil, so I got another one. Simple installation; this one I’ll exchange, re-caulk, and be back in business. Save yourself trouble; use non-flexible duct that vents outside from the very start. Shipping was free and fast. I’d certainly buy from them again.

Installed pretty easily. Fan and light works great and has a nice look to it.

This unit is compact yet provides decent ventilation and heat. The wiring allows you to put the fan and the heat lamp on separate switches. The fan is reasonably quiet and will keep the mirrors from fogging up… unless you take 180-degree showers. With a 250-watt bulb the heat lamp helps to warm up the room although it is not as fast as you might think. Overall a good fixture that is relatively easy to install.
