I purchased this for a bathroom remodel job that was located in my basement. Installation was simple, and the face plate looks ‘stylish’ enough not to look too obtrusive. The only down side is I think it’s a bit loud, but only because it’s more ‘powerful’ than the other fans in my house. Aside from the loudness it works really well and I’m pretty happy with it.

Excellent replacement for Broan 670. Home equipped with the Broan 670 some twenty years ago. All one has to do is detach the cover, unplug the power, use a screw driver and pop out the old unit and pop in the new. Much easier and more cost effecient than to replace the motor. Excellent product, excellent delivery and

I purchased this fan from Amazon because of the great service and price.
It’s replacing a 20 year old fan that started making excessive noise.
It was also a Broan.
The new one is nice and quiet and I hope to get 20 yeasr out of it.
